Be part of the connection:

You maintain continuous uptime for our signal processing hardware, software and electrical systems. You communicate remediation efforts and event status and develop detailed security policies, standards, configurations and countermeasures. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

How you can make a difference:

  • Correlate security-relevant systems and application log data to alert and report on potential security events.
  • Implement, maintain and monitor threat intelligence data from various relevant resources.
  • Identify security-related risks by proactively hunting for threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead and perform advanced forensic analysis and data evidence gathering.
  • Support new projects by developing security requirements and performing testing.
  • Perform ongoing security testing on critical assets through coordination with third-party service providers.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Oneor more years of information security operations experience; Threeor more years of information security and IT or network experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Experienced in network and system security vulnerabilities and exploits; Understanding of security exploits prevention and how to respond to security incidents; Knowledgeable of forensic methodologies; Familiar with TCP/IP, DOCSIS, application and cloud security.
  • Skills: Management, issue resolution and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability tosolve problems, balance competing priorities and manage through comlex and rapid change.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Firewall management, specifically Palo Alto.
  • General networking knowledge.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA or Security+.
