ASPIRE Graduate Interns - GS Eng & Tech

SRNL's Global Security Directorate has an opportunity for Electrical and Computer Engineering students who are currently pursuing a graduate degree for an internship opportunity.

Internship research opportunity (Summer 2025) for graduate students with interests in Beyond-CMOS devices and unconventional computing paradigms (e.g., in-memory, neuromorphic, reservoir, etc...). The intern will support ongoing projects to develop beyond-CMOS unconventional computing paradigms for sensing and monitoring applications.

Interns are provided an exciting learning environment to develop into the next generation of professional scientists and engineers, explore cutting edge technologies, and make impactful discoveries.

Internships typically run for a 10-week period.
