Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SAP FICO consultant with a solid background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain as well as Research and Development. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a multifaceted environment chipping in to the success of our organization.

• Own the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements.
• Supervise the integration of SAP FICO with other modules and systems.
• Provide expert mentorship on standard processes for SAP FICO configuration and customization.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO solutions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP FICO implementations.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and solve issues as they arise.
• Participate in project planning and management activities.
• Ensure that all SAP FICO solutions align with the company's strategic goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP FICO processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Possess extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
• Demonstrate solid grasp of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in project management and planning.
• Proven track record of successful SAP FICO implementations.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000.00 - $152,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
