The Program/Project Management Lead will partner closely with the Growth Marketing Team members to execute complex, cross-functional programs and projects across the marketing organization, with a focus on growth initiatives. The Program/Project Management Lead will ensure timely delivery of initiatives by coordinating tasks, resources, and communication across the Growth Squad team. This person will continuously identify areas for creating, streamlining, and improving key processes in order to proactively resolve challenges that arise for the Growth Marketing team to accomplish its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional work teams to ensure all elements supporting Growth Marketing initiatives are delivered on time for global and regional launches
  • Plan and manage medium-to-large programs consisting of multiple projects, driving delivery of project work
  • Develop and update project plans / work-back schedules for multiple projects, and execute on milestones and deliverables
  • Identify risks, create contingency plans, and provide creative solutions in a dynamic environment
  • Create agendas, facilitate meeting content, and lead project meetings and kickoff
  • Track and communicate progress to the team, collaborators, and executive sponsors; including providing timely status reports; introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have a strong understanding of digital and website platforms, projects, programs, and development, including discovery, content strategy, information architecture, user experience, creative design/copy development, build, launch, and website and content migration
  • Comfortable and effective communicating at all levels of an organization from executives to project teams
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-demand, rapidly shifting / fluid environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and manage through times of uncertainty and change
  • Strong collaboration skills, a tendency to seek and value alternate views, and an ability to earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with the pressure of multiple deadlines and varying complexity
  • Communicate timelines and approval framework for cross-team understanding
  • You have the ability to effectively use common PM tools; e.g. Asana, SmartSheet, Workfront, Wrike, etc
  • Strong problem solving ability, with a track record of "test and learn" mindset
  • You have agency experience; both in-house and outside agency considered a plus
  • Must have solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in digital project/program management
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $159,000. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
