* Draft leases, amendments, license agreements, purchase and sale agreements, exhibits, and other legal documents for attorney review.
* Review legal documents prepared by other departments and external parties, revising drafts with comments for attorney approval.
* Proofread and finalize documents for execution by relevant parties, ensuring all steps are completed for execution as required.
* Maintain and update lease forms, project site plans, and other documents and exhibits, ensuring a comprehensive library of lease clauses is kept current.
* Conduct research on exclusive and prohibited uses, building restrictions, and other legal matters, preparing both verbatim and summary documents.
* Review loan documents and maintain both verbatim and summarized records, including lender contact details and specific lender approval requirements for leases.
* Oversee administrative tasks and coordinate with legal administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
* Work collaboratively with legal department colleagues to enhance processes and procedures.
* Perform additional tasks as directed by attorneys.
* Occasional overtime may be necessary depending on workload and deadlines.
