The Sr. Director, Global Controls Software Development is responsible for leading the global Controls Software engineering organization. Responsibilities also includes leading, directing, and ensuring the global team is developing and sustaining software according to the business priorities. In addition, formulating engineering programs, policies and procedures that will advance the organizations competitive position and profitability. This is a key role in sustaining competitive advantage in the marketplace
