Lead the Charge: Manage a caseload of amazing residents/clients, meeting with each one at least once a week to help them navigate their unique journeys.

Facilitate Fun: Run engaging group therapy sessions that blend adventure with reflection, helping clients connect their experiences to real-life challenges.

Team Up: Collaborate with our awesome treatment team to plan and approve all outings and activities that will make our clients' hearts race and spirits soar!

Family Connection: Host Parent Orientation sessions and engage with family members to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Document the Adventure: Keep timely records of progress and group notes, so we can track the incredible transformations happening in real-time.

Explore the Community: Create a schedule for off-campus meetings, introducing residents to support groups like AA, Alanon, NA, and OA, and discover alternative resources like Smart Recovery and Celebrate Recovery, as appropriate.
