What you'll do at Jamf:

The Senior Business Operations Solutions Architect, Oracle will be accountable for shapingand delivering cloud solutions for our business stakeholders. This role will provide thoughtleadership on industry best practices and new technologies that improve our dataarchitecture, operations, and delivery to provide competitive advantage to our organization.The demonstrated expertise in multiple business processes to architect and designtechnology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impactacross the technology stack.

What you can expect to do in this role:



  • Leads solution design of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloudcorporate transformation initiatives ensuring high quality, integrated softwaresolutions within constraints of time and budget
  • Design, create, improve and maintain Oracle EPM cloud applications including EPBSModules, EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS, and TRCS while applying the necessary bestpractices and logic
  • Leveraging EPM Automate to automate repetitive tasks like data import/export,metadata management, application snapshots, and other administrative functions
  • Advising on best practices in building Planning applications for business rules,loading data to set up planning scenarios, and application backups.
  • Delivering technology plans, roadmaps, guidance, and the associated governancethat is required to enable technology changes to be effective
  • Provide enterprise leadership and guidance for EPM cloud and back office datamanagement, data modelling, master data management, data governance,transformations, enrichment, data integrations and data pipelines
  • Communicate EPM cloud and back office data architecture and process vision,technical strategies, and trade-offs across various levels in the organization
  • Develop EPM cloud and back office data architecture blueprints, patterns, roadmaps,and frameworks that enable adoption, reuse and standardization
  • Collaborate with data leaders and stakeholders, such as Enterprise BusinessIntelligence and Product teams to ensure alignment of data strategy and governance
  • Collaborate with Oracle ERP business and technical owners to ensure alignment andsuccess of Oracle platform performance and security
  • Work with Business stakeholders, Analysts, Developers and Project Managers through full Oracle EPM project cycle -technical design, development, testing,training, implementation, and support


What we are looking for:



  • 4-year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Enterprise Applications role with understanding of testing and quality assurance processes. (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience implementing enterprise application architectures (Required)
  • 5 years of hands-on system development as a data analyst, architect, or developerrole in any two Oracle EPM cloud products including EPBS Modules, FCCS, ARCS,EDMCS, and TRCS (Required)
  • Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPMIntegration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rule, and EPM Automate (Required)
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (Preferred)
  • Experience with professional communication across mediums: verbal, written,presentations, Zoom (or equivalent)
  • Skilled in performance tuning, upgrading, testing, server maintenance, back-upplanning, security administration and migration
  • Experience in systems implementation methodologies including waterfall and agile
  • Comfortable with resolving conflicting viewpoints and achieving agreement
  • Experience working in a global organization, supporting multiple regions
  • Disciplined process orientation, attention to details, troubleshooting skills, and rootcause analysis expertise.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically and to collaborate effectively with staff at alllevels.
  • Ability to display tact and diplomacy in difficult or sensitive situations.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and work independently.
  • Skilled at effectively resolving conflict.
  • Detail oriented, a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
