Role Summary: Reporting to the Fleet & Facilities Manager, the Fleet & Facilities Coordinator is a key member of the Operations team. The person in this role will work with our Fleet & Facilities Manager and Operations department to assist with projects, fleet and equipment management, and equipment acquisition. The position will also work directly with Branch Managers to help establish best-practices and provide guidance on maintaining company assets. Exciting work you will do: The essential duties and responsibilities of the Fleet & Facilities Coordinator will consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Provide new construction project management and support Coordinate facility maintenance project management and support Evaluate and suggest best practices for warehouse layout and workflow efficiency Deliver logistics analysis and reporting Conduct audits of fleet utilization and maintenance Conduct analysis on time efficiencies Manage project based material and equipment procurement Perform other duties and projects as assigned Competencies you possess: Service Excellent Results, Action Oriented Accountability and responsibility Teamwork and collaboration Decision quality Displaying Technical Expertise Time Management Safety Conscious What you'll need: Work Experience: 2 years previous experience maintaining and/or managing warehousing equipment, commercial/industrial facilities, or commercial/industrial fleet equipment Education: High School or equivalent Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suites Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; collaborate with a team across multiple disciplines, with the ability to generate continuous improvement and new ways to solve internal/external challenges Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
