Supervisory Responsibilities: Treasury Management Sales & Operations Teams and Commercial Card Sales

Summary:

Oversee all aspects of Centier's client Treasury Management operations including sales, support, operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, strategic planning and product management. Responsible for developing and executing an overall Treasury Management sales strategy that generates treasury management business from new and existing clients. Responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing business and commercial credit card product. Involves market research, product design, pricing strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages, develops, and implements operational support for new and enhanced products of complex nature in order to drive growth and revenue
  • Devise and execute plan to achieve revenue growth aligned with overall financial plan for TM division.
  • Supervises all Treasury Management sales efforts
  • Supervises all Public Fund sales efforts and relationships.
  • Expands client relationships by communicating product changes, addressing client needs, and answering technical questions
  • Develops sales reporting and tracking for Senior Management and product marketing collateral for dissemination to line and end user clients
  • Leads sales support for the Commercial, Business Banking and Retail groups through training and joint calling efforts on existing and new business opportunities.
  • Development of a professional and consultative team that supports clients through client service, implementation, product support, and account analysis.
  • While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for assigned products including marketing mix, pricing, distribution, and design
  • Tracks sales and program performance
  • Maintains current knowledge of external conditions including competition, demographics, and regulatory requirements to ensure client needs are met
  • Adheres to compliance and operational risk in accordance to regulatory standards

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage large commercial portfolios and account relationships
  • Knowledge of incentive plan and budget development
  • Highly successful in sales presentations for new business opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in Treasury/Cash Management
  • Strong financial analysis experience with new and existing Commercial Banking relationships
  • Experienced in risk management practices
  • 10+ years experience with strategic planning, risk assessment, and sales management
  • College Degree Required with advanced degree preferred
