Responsible for the leadership and management of Surgical Services, which includes Operating Rooms, Pre and Post-Operative, Sterile Processing, Perioperative Evaluation Clinic (PEC), and Endoscopy. The director translates the objectives, plans, policies and procedures of Surgical Services into effective actions to manage human resources and material resources for cost effective and high quality patient care. Responsible for the administrative, operational, financial and direction of recruitment and retention. Partners with departmental leadership to support the Surgical Services projects, as well as the development of staff & programs.
