Lead Special Function Asst

Main Function: Responsible for preparation, set-up, serving and picking up all special functions, meetings, luncheons and dinners,

Assists in main kitchen as time allows,

Provides general direction and guidance to other special function aides,

Qualifications

Required:

Prior food preparation experience

Preferred:

Prior catering experience

Knowledge of Sanitation and Safety Standards

Scheduling Requirements

5:30 am - 2:00 pm

Monday through Friday, every other weekend, and holidays

Full Time

Coffee services from 6:00 a.m.to 2:30 p.m. are set up correctly according to requisition needs and policy and procedures,

Deliver 15 minutes before the requested time,

Picks up within one hour of finished time and cleans according to policy and procedure,

Follows proper HACCP food handling policies and procedures on a daily basis,

All cold food products are maintained at 41 degrees or below,

All proper food temperatures must be maintained,

Works with food and supplies according to established guidelines,

All food products must be properly dated, wrapped and labeled.
