The Staff Procurement Administration Professional, working under general supervision, is responsible for performing moderately complex tasks relating to procurement administration during the course of a contract lifecycle. The role actively participates in the entire lifecycle of service agreements, ensuring accurate data management and issue resolution. The role collaborates on contract template creation and modifications, acts as a liaison to the Legal department, and creates contract packages based on supplier scopes of work. The role also supports the implementation of systems to meet critical targets and actively contributes to change efforts. * Engages closely with internal stakeholders in the complete lifecycle of service agreements and associated documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, accurate data entry, issue resolution, and corrections in contracts programs.
