Bringing Home the Dough Annual compensation is between $70,000 - $85,000 and is comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission. We're looking for a Sales Merchandiser (SM) to drive sales, execute merchandising strategies, and build strong relationships with retail customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for ordering, stocking, and promoting a variety of nationally and locally branded fresh-baked products while ensuring shelves are properly rotated and displays are set up for maximum impact. Using company-provided technology, you'll track inventory, place orders, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. You'll also work closely with store management to gain additional shelf space, execute promotions, and support new product launches. This role requires a dependable, self-motivated individual who can follow a set merchandising route, adhere to retailer guidelines, and provide excellent service-all while driving their personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided). Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1-year related experience in retail sales, DSD sales, and/or business-to-business sales. High School Diploma or GED. Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from retail stores throughout the workday. Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record. Must be physically capable of movement to and within all facilities. Ability to frequently and properly/safely lift/carry productions weighing approximately 25 pounds. Ability to safely push/pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. High School Diploma or GED.
