Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an Information Manager to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI.

This position is to support information management across the command staff aligned with joint, service, coalition, and/or multinational environments to develop and coordinate processes and procedures necessary to share C2 related information with a primary focus on identifying C2 requirements and coordinating and integrating C2 systems and applications that will enable collaboration and sharing of quality information generated by the staff. This position assumes full responsibility for all C2 capabilities including IT systems and services that support C2 except for managing the information content of those capabilities, systems, and services.

What you'll do:

    Ensure alignment of C2 systems with higher command USINDOPACOM, MARFORPAC and Major Subordinate Commands, I MEF, III MEF, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Korea (MFK), U.S. Marine Corps Forces Japan (MFJ) and COMPACFLT to secure Naval integration efforts.
  • Determine and document Information Exchange Requirements (IER) that impact networks, systems, and applications required for effective and integrated collaborative C2 systems for MARFORPAC and Major Supported Commands.
  • Develop and publish the PACE Plan (primary, alternate, contingency, and emergency) or other C2 reports matrix that support the commands abilities to efficiently move through available communications systems in a C2 diminished environment.
  • Coordinate with Knowledge Management section for reporting and publishing procedures for C2 related reports, products, and support items as required.
  • Share and distribute information received from other DOD Agencies, higher headquarters, and adjacent commands that support Marine Corps Information Operation priorities within the MARFORPAC AOR.
  • Provide staff briefs on capability development initiatives to ensure synchronization across MARFORPAC, HQMC, USINDOPACOM, and adjacent command staffs.


Qualifications

What you'll need:

  • 12 years of industry experience
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance is required
  • Experience with Information Management
  • Knowledge of DOD, USMC and military culture and procedures
  • Ability to manage and brief senior leaders

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
