Essential Job Duties |
The Research Specialist will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of cover crop breeding projects in various stages of the breeding pipeline. Key responsibilities include adhering to established protocols in the overall management of these trials including field design, planting fencing, weeding, data collection, drying, weighing, and analyzing plant and seed samples. This position will manage and assign tasks for all field members in conjunction with the field team lead ensuring efficient operation and data integrity throughout the breeding process. |

- Must be able to stand or kneel for long periods of time
