We are looking for a Quality Administrative assistant 1 to join our 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED team.

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Minimum Job Requirements


  • Physical- Sedentary work, proficient in using a PC keyboard
  • Working Hours - Full time (40+ hours)
  • Personal Traits - Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot. Punctuality and safe work habits.

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Maintain and keep records in accordance with AS9100 quality standards.
  • Leads Material Review Board Meetings, and disposition material in the MRP system at the direction of the team.
  • Creates Discrepant Material Request (DMR).
  • Manage change request log including getting signature and scanning documents.
  • Assist Quality Manager in data analysis of key process indicators.
  • Analyze data to figure out trends in the process as directed by the Quality Manager.
  • Assist QC with new hire training.
  • Completes production audits.
  • Support 3rd party audits.
  • Work on Continual Improvement projects to meet department objectives.
  • Arrive at work in a punctual manner and be willing to work additional hours when needed.
  • Create Certificates of Compliance for products produced and maintain records in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organization skills must be able to multi-task. Computer skills including the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to review and look for trends in data.

Education and Experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent
