The Expert Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of TriMark. This position involves an advanced level of financial planning, analysis, and strategic insight provision. Leveraging a wealth of experience, the Expert Analyst contributes significantly to executive decision-making, ensuring the organization's financial success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Financial Planning Mastery:



  • Lead the development and execution of highly sophisticated financial plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive advanced financial modeling to provide strategic insights for key decision-makers.


Complex Financial Analysis and Forecasting:



  • Conduct intricate financial analyses, including advanced variance analysis, scenario modeling, and trend tracking.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.


Executive Stakeholder Collaboration:



  • Collaborate seamlessly with executive leadership and key stakeholders to analyze complex financial data, explain variances, and provide expert insights.
  • Elevate the development of Annual Budget and monthly forecasts to an expert level.


Advanced Process Optimization and Innovation:



  • Identify, develop, and implement advanced process improvements, setting the standard for efficiency and effectiveness in financial planning and analysis.
  • Pioneer innovative approaches to financial modeling and reporting.


Strategic Risk Management and Opportunity Maximization:



  • Proactively identify and mitigate complex risks while maximizing strategic opportunities related to financial targets.
  • Implement advanced strategic initiatives to optimize financial outcomes.


Sophisticated Ad-Hoc Analyses and Project Leadership:



  • Conduct sophisticated ad-hoc financial analyses, providing critical insights for strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Lead financial aspects of key projects, ensuring excellence in project outcomes.



COMPETENCIES:



  • Demonstrates an expert level of mastery in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Leads with an expert-level strategic vision, significantly influencing organizational financial direction.
  • Communicates complex financial insights effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manages relationships with executive stakeholders at an expert level.
  • Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams at an expert level, demonstrating leadership and expertise.
  • Drives innovation in financial processes and excels in managing change effectively at an expert level.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis with a focus on expert-level financial modeling, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
  • Proven track record of providing expert financial insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expertise with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau/PowerBI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
