We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and onboarding. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a positive workplace, this role is for you!

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain HR systems (HRIS) and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Provide HR support on policies, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Support performance reviews, training programs, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR, including HRIS management (Paylocity preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Efficient problem solving and decision-making when any human resources issues arise.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
