Hill International is seeking a Financial Analyst II in San Diego, California


  • Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects.
  • Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends, monitors budget execution, and variances across one or multiple projects.
  • Identifies trends, anomalies and patterns in financial data and reports insight-backed findings to management.
  • Could be responsible for the management of project work orders and vendor contracts depending on the scope of the assigned project and support level requirements of the project manager.


  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 3-6 years of related experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.
  • 3+ years of financial systems experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting deliverables.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to pick up and drive tasks to completion under minimal supervision where required.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$93,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
