Performs a wide range of skilled and unskilled construction tasks on assigned renovation and new construction projects that support the healthcare mission of Princeton Community Hospital and its facilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: 1. 3 years of experience in the construction field performing work in a commercial/residential setting. 2. One year building maintenance experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Completion of educational curriculum from a trade or vocational school. 2. Preferred license or certification of at least one of the following construction disciplines: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC. Measuring, cutting, hanging drywall 3. Finishing drywall by taping, sanding, and applying a finish 4. Framing and hanging doors 5. Installing electrical conduit and pulling wiring 6. Installing a variety of electrical devices and safely terminating connections 7. Installing and hanging HVAC ductwork and devices 8. Roughing in and installing new plumbing fixtures, valves, supply, drain and vent lines 9.
