Position Description:

Benchmark provides comprehensive solutions across the entire product lifecycle, leading through its innovative technology and engineering design services, leveraging its optimized global supply chain, and delivering world-class manufacturing services. The industries we serve include commercial aerospace, defense, advanced computing, next-generation telecommunications, complex industrials, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment.

Summary:

Benchmark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where you will work closely with our engineers and managers to optimize and improve our production processes.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Flow chart existing key Supply Chain processes
  • Determine appropriate metrics for each process
  • Review each process against current documentation
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for production issues.

Qualifications:

* Solid analytical skills and self-motivation.
* Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
* Able to perform in a team environment.
* Active involvement with a variety of extracurricular activities
* Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Visio proficiency is a plus
* US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card holder required for access to ITAR restricted information and facilities.
*Local candidate to Nashua area as onsite work is required

Education: Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a major in Supply Chain or related field; Junior or Senior preferred.

Shift: 1st

Work Schedule: M-F 0800-1630

Full Time

Compensation Range: $14.45 to $21.67 USD Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.

Relocation and Housing Assistance: Not offered
