This role is a key operational partner to the CHRO and HR Leadership Team, responsible for supporting and enabling HR initiatives from concept to execution. The incumbent will support HR leadership by managing daily operations, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting HR initiatives that are aligned with broader business objectives. This role is responsible for managing the annual HR calendar, coordinating meetings and goal tracking, supporting budget oversight, and driving strategic HR initiatives. U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from $89,000 - $107,600. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
