Hit those breaks because Staffmark has this excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Associate to work for the ideal automotive manufacturing company in Wilmington, OH. Shift Details: 2nd Shift, $17.75 per hour plus a .50 cents shift differential 3rd Shift, $17.75 per hour plus a .50 cents shift differential Monday - Friday. Must be available for daily and weekly overtime. Training will be held on 1st shift for up to one month with a pay of $16.75/hr. then will be transferred to 2nd or 3rd shift. Attendance bonus of $.50 for perfect attendance! The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for operating and maintaining die casting machines, including start-up, shutdown, and cleaning procedures to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include trimming and finishing parts, performing visual and gauge-based quality inspections, and safely moving materials using powered pallet jacks. The position requires accurate documentation of production data, use of the AGSS system for process tracking, and independent completion of Q-time checks. Additionally, the role emphasizes strict adherence to safety procedures, routine equipment checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
