Office Assistant Lubbock 40684BR Position Description Performs routine and moderately difficult clerical duties of a specialized nature, which may be performed in a variety of University settings. Responsibilities may include basic bookkeeping, data coding, filing, sorting, posting, verifying, recording, typing, and word processing. Work is performed under close supervision within established policies and procedures with job performance based upon tasks completed. Major/Essential Functions Ability to analyze and interpret data. Provide feedback, designs, proposals, and plans for all tasks related to the vision and mission of the TTUHSC and the SOM. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills. Able to correspond with all aspects of the TTUHSC, including Administration, Faculty and Staff. Interact with outside Agencies to provide valuable contacts and support for all goals and initiatives. Required Qualifications Proficiency in written and mathematical processes as may be reflected by the completion of high school or the equivalent.
