Leasing Consultant - 30 hours a week with Full Time Benefits

La Vista Apartments located in San Marcos, Texas

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required

What You'll Do:

• Support occupancy goals through leasing and marketing efforts

• Maintain positive resident relationships and retention

• Conduct tours, complete applications, and manage leasing data in Yardi

• Ensure compliance with fair housing and tenant selection guidelines

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of office, customer service, or sales experience (leasing a plus)

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required

• Strong communication and computer skills (Windows, MS Office, internet)
