As a Server Assistant, you will ensure that our exquisite dishes meet guest expectations and are delivered to the right table in a timely manner. In this role, you will get to experience the great joy you bring our guests when presenting them with the culinary works of art in our upbeat cafe.

_{ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:}

• _{Set up all garnishes for dishes and set-up trays.}
• _{Stock all needed dishware.}
• _{Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.}
• _{Promptly and efficiently reset trays.}
• _{Maintain stock of dishware, silver, and linens.}
• _{Responsible for setting up/breaking down station at the beginning and end of shift.}
• _{Assist with special guest requests to ensure total guest satisfaction.}
• _{Maintains communication between servers and kitchen associates.}
• _{Maintain ticket times and ensure promptness with quote time.}
• _{Maintain standard of plate presentation.}
• _{Perform other duties as assigned.}

_{POSITION REQUIREMENTS:}

• _{Knowledge of appropriate tray settings and service ware.}
• _{Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.}
• _{Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.}
• _{Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.}
• _{Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs.}
• _{No prior experience required.}
• _{Ability to learn all menu items and garnishes.}
• _{Ability to multi-task.}
• _{Ability to self-motivate during slow periods.}
• _{Ability to maintain composure during peak hours.}
