PRIMARY ROLE

We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager based out of central Florida to drive revenue in water treatment for cooling towers and boilers to new and existing institutional customers in North America.

  • Expand market penetration to sell water applications, equipment and digital to large commercial customers.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing the Solenis brand.
  • Recognizes new market segments and opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for growth opportunities.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in retention of existing business and growth of new business.
  • Account leader of existing accounts and new business won. Serve as a water treatment technical resource for technicians servicing cooling and boiler applications at your accounts.

GENERAL SCOPE

You will be responsible for selling cooling tower and boiler water treatment applications and equipment to North America institutional customers, including, but not limited to, hospitals, colleges/universities, hotels and resorts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Prioritizes business development activities and achieves revenue targets:

  • Leads and manages end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to implementation for growth opportunities in cooling towers and boilers water treatment.
  • Manages and drives a robust growth funnel in Salesforce that is sufficient to consistently achieve growth targets each year.
  • Serves as the water subject matter expert to the institutional account management team; help institutional account managers solve customer cooling and boiler problems through Solenis applications, equipment and digital solution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to support local technicians with respect to servicing cooling tower and boiler applications and equipment.

KNOWLEDGE:

Experience in water treatment experience in cooling and boiler applications and dosing equipment. Experience with both liquid and solid anti-scaling, anti-corrosive, and biocide applications. Skill sales and account management professional capable of leading end-to-end sales process and delivering on annual growth targets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Previous experience in Institutional and/or Industrial water treatment, especially boilers and cooling towers.
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Documented results using a consultative sales process
  • Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 60%
  • High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook
  • The ideal candidate will live in central Florida, in the vicinity of Orlando.
