Requisition ID req32939 Working Title Capital Plan Manager Position Grade 14 Position Summary The University of New Mexico's (UNM) Campus Capital and Space Planning (CCSP) department seeks a Capital Plan Manager to join our vibrant, committed team of professionals. UNM CCSP manages the capital plan and capital outlay process in close coordination with University leadership. This is a continuous annual process that prioritizes and manages capital outlay requests, appropriations, and approvals for University projects including new construction, renovation, acquisition, demolition, repairs, and campus improvements. The Capital Planning team works with the Capital Investment Planning Committee (CIPC) to create and maintain the 5-Year Capital Plan for Albuquerque campuses. The Committee is co-chaired by the Director of Campus Capital & Space Planning and Assistant Vice President of Academic Resource Management. The Capital Plan Manager will play a key role on this committee. The Capital Plan Manager will: Coordinate all aspects of capital planning and management to include overseeing the University's annual capital improvement priorities. Provide strategic guidance and oversight in the development, coordination, and implementation of capital plans. Lead request and approval process for campus-wide capital projects.
