IP Networking Resident Engineer

Are you a skilled Network Resident Engineer with a passion for optimizing performance and ensuring customer satisfaction? You'll have the opportunity to lead critical design and performance activities, develop network-wide design recommendations, and contribute to the optimization of networks based on traffic trends and customer forecasts. • Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently (complex problem solving in projects and multi-vendor environments).
• Develops / Reviews and makes recommendations on network-wide Design covering Performance, Spectrum & Capacity supported by Recommendations (within and across the region).
• Organizes field measurements and laboratory tests.
• Performs network audits, especially in cases where fault or problems exist.
• Optimizes networks with all components based on traffic trends and customer forecasts.
• Supports experts in developing network configuration file and interface analysis
• Develop network architecture and services designs with the best architecture available to support our customer's services.
• Produce network implementation and migration plans.
• Document configuration of equipment and services.
• Test and support networks in various stages of deployment.
• Provide recommendations to optimize the network operations and performance.
• Work with internal technical teams for product placement and feature improvements for reliability, availability, and serviceability.
