Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Front Desk Monitor role is designed to provide a facility with professional, courteous, visitor reception. This role will focus on providing general facility monitoring (using camera systems), checking in of visitors, and providing customer service to visitors and residents.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Welcome visitors and residents in a professional and courteous manner

* Ensure visitors comply with facility procedures upon their arrival/departure

* Monitor cameras in facility and report to point of contact any safety or facility concerns

* Answer phone as required by the facility

* Communicate with facility staff as required by the facility

* Follow any and ALL policies and procedures as dictated by facility

* Other duties as assigned.

* Demonstrate Exceptional customer service, in Everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran, or client first to support our mission to "Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities."

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required

Licenses: No licenses required

Skills: Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and/or text messaging. Must have phone etiquette. Some computer literacy (must be able to monitor a camera system). Able to work as part of a team. Written communication as needed. Customer service is critical for this role. Flexibility will be needed in order to assist the facility as needed to ensure exception service.
