We're looking for an experienced Benefits Transformation Senior Program Manager to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. Reporting to the Director of P&C Transformation, you will work as an individual contributor to apply your expertise to architect efficient, scalable benefits processes that enhance user experience and address the needs of a global workforce. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments and functional leaders to execute projects that improve benefits programs and systems. You will be based hybrid in our San Jose, CA, Seattle, WA or New York, NY offices (going into the office 3 times per week). You will be responsible for:



  • Detailing current processes, developing new processes, and leading transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial goals of the business while preparing for the future.
  • Understanding the current P&C landscape vs. the strategic direction of the organization and extracting the relevant information to support requirement definition, business design, usability design and end-user testing.


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)



  • 10+ years of project management experience driving HR and/or Benefits transformation.
  • Demonstrated the experience to apply in-depth knowledge on benefits and operations.
  • Structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions and prioritize risks.
  • Experience partnering with IT groups and teams for HR tools deployment.


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)



  • Experience in deploying benefits-specific vendors and tools (e.g., enrollment platforms, retirement plan tools, benefits reporting systems).
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget.
  • Champion better user experience.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000 $210,000 USD
