SUMMARY The Global Events & Marketing Specialist is responsible for the strategic planning and flawless execution of tradeshows across global markets. This role leads events from end to end - including pre-show strategy, marketing campaign coordination, onsite logistics, and post-event performance analysis. A key success factor will be the ability to partner closely with sales, marketing, and external vendors to drive brand presence, generate leads, and deliver measurable results from each tradeshow. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and excellent communication abilities. The individual should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident managing multiple events simultaneously. They must take full ownership of their assigned shows, proactively monitor budgets, and use performance insights to shape future event participation. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for assigned tradeshows globally (approximately 20-30 annually), including booth planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable ROI.
- Partner with marketing teams to create and execute pre- and post-event campaigns, including emails, social content, and lead nurture journeys.
- Own post-event lead handoff process to Sales; ensure timely follow-up, reporting, and enablement materials are in place.
- Track and analyze event metrics (MCLs, MQLs, SQLs, meetings, demos, and wins) and evaluate ROI to determine future participation.
- Maintain accurate event budgets, track spend against forecast, and provide budget updates to the Senior Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and digital teams for booth materials, signage, and campaign assets.
- Support event sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and brand activations.
- Stay current on industry trends, event technology, and best practices to continuously improve execution.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics.
- Manage inventory, organization, design, and budget of promotional items.
- Provide onsite event support as needed (travel up to 30%).

- Experience working with sales teams and supporting lead management/enablement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing.
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific ownership of tradeshows or conferences.

- Execution of tradeshows within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Cost Per Lead analysis.
- MCL MQL SQL conversion rates and Sales follow-up enablement.

- Tracking FSM Meetings and demos at events.

The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $86,000 USD per year, with a potential bonus. Benefits included:
