Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to develop and implement training and change management for enterprise-wide systems and functional product solutions. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences while driving change initiatives for program implementations and ongoing learning initiatives while enhancing business performance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in instructional design methodologies, content development tools, change management principles, and facilitation.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

    Develop a training framework for digital products, ensuring a seamless and timely, relevant learning experience for users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand and evaluate product functionalities and translate them into effective training programs.
  • Design and develop instructional content using tools in the Microsoft suite, and digital tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Synthesia and other e-learning platforms.
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions (live, virtual, and asynchronous) tailored to diverse audiences, including internal and external audiences.
  • Plans and manages various projects related to learning and development initiatives including stakeholder identification, conducting needs analysis, determining learning modalities, developing content, and creating and executing communication and training plans.
  • Continuously assess and improve training materials based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
  • Stay current with best practices in instructional design, adult learning, ID compliance and training strategies.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred Business, Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design, training development, facilitation or change management.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Experience facilitating training and changing initiatives and training for system implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand training.
  • Ability to adapt quicky in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital adoption platforms.
  • Certification in instructional design, change management (e.g., Prosci), or agile methodologies.
