HVAC Technician Opportunity - Aurora, CO

Advantage xPO is partnering with a Fortune 500 company to offer a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced HVAC Technician in Aurora, CO. This full-time role provides paid training, competitive pay, and a chance to grow your career in a supportive environment.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Rate: $33 - $39 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week with after-hour calls as needed

Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license
  • 5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience
  • EPA Universal Refrigeration license (required)
  • Proficient in using handheld devices, document management software, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel locally between properties for repairs and preventive maintenance



Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections and repairs for components such as belts, pulleys, compressors, motors, and controls.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with steam/hot water boilers, airflow, and ducting.
  • Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards while addressing system failures.
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks to maintain facility conditions.
  • Use technology to document work orders and manage administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and timely service.
  • Offer project estimates and perform additional duties as needed.
