HVAC Technician Opportunity - Aurora, CO Advantage xPO is partnering with a Fortune 500 company to offer a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced HVAC Technician in Aurora, CO. Compensation and Schedule Pay Rate: $33 - $39 per hour Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week with after-hour calls as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license 5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience EPA Universal Refrigeration license (required) Proficient in using handheld devices, document management software, and Microsoft Office Ability to travel locally between properties for repairs and preventive maintenance Key Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections and repairs for components such as belts, pulleys, compressors, motors, and controls. Diagnose and repair issues with steam/hot water boilers, airflow, and ducting. Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards while addressing system failures. Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks to maintain facility conditions. Use technology to document work orders and manage administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and timely service. Offer project estimates and perform additional duties as needed.
