HW R&D Engineer / Management

Your future teams are developing Nokia 3GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions including cross-technology responsibility (Multi Radio Access Technology).

Radio Product Development US R&D is responsible for 5G BTS development is looking for is looking for experienced candidates for multiple positions in the areas of DPD, PA, PCB, Unit integration, Thermal, TRX, PSU, technical and project managers etc.

Multiple roles with different level of seniority.

Required Skills:

• Should possess a technical or associate degree in a related field plus several year of relevant experience.
• Depending on the role,
• Knowledge in RF Circuit layouts techniques
• Power Amplifier, PSU, TRX, Digital Predistortion Design
• Experience with Mentor tool / Expedition will be plus
• Skilled in the following coding languages: Java, C/C++, Python
• HW Integration with SW
• Knowhow and experienced HW Project management planning and execution
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual who can work independently and can multiplex several tasks.
• Maintain focus on project schedules and follow through to meet them.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, etc
• Positive attitude, and experience working in a team environment
• It would be nice if you also had
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should be a good planner and organizer
