Patient Service Representative - Cardiology, Phone Operator **FULLY REMOTE**

Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the incoming phone switchboard team in a dynamic, high-volume cardiovascular practice. Along with two other positions, this opportunity is responsible for responding to nearly all incoming phone calls into the practice, understanding the call reason, and routing the call appropriately. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in phone-based customer service. This role is eligible to work from home remotely, after the completion of a successful training period.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Experience in a medical office preferred.
