About the role

As VP, Head of Solutions & Professional Services and member of the Worldpay Platform's product team, you will be looking at leading the charge, enhancing and streamlining our process and execution of our offering by working closely with our Partners ensuring that the right products and features are designed and offered to meet their unique needs. The objectives are to facilitate collaboration among various functional teams, such as Business Development, Implementation, Revenue OPS, Commercial and Product to deliver a worldclass end-to-end solutions that meets the needs of our partners both short and long-term. You will also be building a highly consultative trusted relationships with high-level executives and technical decision makers in the Partner's organization to provide business and technical thought leadership and become a trusted advisor in solving mission-critical business challenges and drive monetization opportunities and growth across our IP (Integrated Payments), Payrix (PayFac-as-a-Service), and PayFac offerings.

What you'll own

  • Partner with Sales to lead discovery, solutioning, and technical validation for prospective PayFac, IP, and Payrix partners.

  • Develop compelling presentations, demos, and architecture proposals tailored to partner needs.

  • Own solution design and technical enablement for new partners.

  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Implementation to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live.

  • Create a comprehensive set of Solution collateral.

  • Lead RFP/RFI responses.

  • Define strategy and track onboarding success metrics and put plans for continuous improvement to MID activation.

  • Support partners with ongoing performance optimization, product expansion, and monetization strategies.

  • Serve as an escalation point for high-value or complex partner issues.

  • Provide voice-of-customer insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap development.

  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and partner lifecycle strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.

  • Provide competitive intel into Product on how Platform's current product offering can be improved to better position Worldpay for Platforms for our partners.

  • Oversee solution implementation strategies and provide technical leadership during Partner onboarding.

  • Build and lead a high-performing Solutions and Technical Writing teams.

  • Establish and track KPIs across onboarding timelines, NPS, partner activation, and more

What you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in payments, SaaS, or fintech with deep knowledge of PayFac, PayFac-as-a-Service, ISV, and/or acquiring models.

  • Strong technical fluency with integrations and SaaS product architectures.

  • Proven leadership experience managing solutions, Professional Services, or implementation teams.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders at ISVs, platforms, or aggregators.

  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment.

  • Experience working with embedded payments, card present/card not-present flows, onboarding, risk and compliance, and settlement.

  • Hands-on experience in launching new Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions.

  • Ability to manage and produce well-thought-out technical documentation for external consumption.

  • Passion to seek an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision and strategy for product.
