Property Manager - Gateway Village (Capitol Heights, MD)
Join National Church Residences as a Property Manager at our affordable housing community in Gateway Village. You'll lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations, oversee staff, and foster a strong resident community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead leasing activities to maintain high occupancy.

• Build positive resident relations and coordinate maintenance.

• Supervise and support on-site staff.

• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to affordable housing guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of property management experience (affordable housing preferred).

• Bachelor's degree and certifications (CPM, ARM) preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
