Department: Finance Summary: The Associate Distribution Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the Distributor Operations team in managing all aspects of the monthly sales tracings and chargeback claims process. This role will work closely with Distributor Operations Supervisor and Customer Data Specialist. The role will also assist in Customer Data management by identifying unknown customer accounts and unassigned Class of Trades during the monthly close process. The Associate Distributor Operations Analyst will also help update customer pricing in SAP.Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities: Customer Master Data Management - 50 %
- Setup and maintain customer accounts in SAP System.
- Ensure correct linkage of SAP Customer Partner Functions for Sold-To, Ship-To, Bill-To and Payer and accurate information for each partner type has been maintained. Review existing accounts and correct Partner Function links and data as needed.
- Validate correct Class of Trade (COT) for all current customers. Review current COT process and definitions. Recommend process improvement of current COT process to ensure alignment across each respective business unit.
- Enhancement of customer attributes necessary to support ongoing business processes, e.g., 3rd party data, physician ID, etc.
- Undertake various master data projects as directed by the Manager
Analyze, Process, and Maintain Chargebacks - 30%
- Upload distributors files into Pricing Administration System (Vistex)
- Accurately analyze and process chargeback submissions, audit accounts, resolve, reconcile, maintain databases, and send out monthly reports
- Establish and maintain contact with the distributors and wholesalers as a key business partner to resolve chargeback issues and any other issues
- Collaborate with internal Accounts Receivable to resolve and reconcile outstanding distributor chargeback balances
- Identify, analyze, and resolve class of trade matters by collaborating with CMT
- Address and/or escalate issues with contract pricing disparities
- Monitor Pricing Operations mailbox and address distributor-pricing requests
Additional responsibilities - 20 %
- Update Pricing in SAP for Distributors, GPO agreements, and default pricing
- Assist Distributor Operations Analysts in answering email inquiries regarding pricing
- Assist in the development of documentation for the Hollister Pricing System, develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and new techniques in assigned areas of responsibility
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and National Accounts on inquiries
Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, preferred
- Experience in SAP Customer Master Data maintenance and/or Vistex preferred
- Proven analytical experience with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Customer service focused; ability to partner with internal/external contacts
- Strong attention to detail, with focus on data quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative with ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $48,000 - $70,000 yearly.The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
