This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Component Planner onsite in Hicksville, NY, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Coordinate production planning with supply chain strategies, forecast the demand plan, and manage inventory levels.

• Implement Supply Chain (SC) actions, initiatives, and strategies to meet objectives aligning with the market business plan.

• Collaborate cross functionally on New Product Introduction (NPI).

• Optimize market network and operationalize new channel/geography; ensure sales fulfillment for all channels and enable new channels.

• Deliver on DRM (Delivery Reliability Metric), inventory (finished goods and raw material), inventory quality, and cost targets.

• Interface with the market leader, commercial leaders, regional logistics leader and regional planning leader.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or related

• 5+ years of planning experience, supply management & business planning experience

• Understands commercial/industrial/consumer markets, customers, and services/products

• Able to strategize, design, and implement business processes around customer needs

• Work experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred

• Salary:$100,300 - 147,070

• Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 10%
