THE JOB:

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead daily team briefing and assign room attendants to designated floors.
• Distribute and manage daily task sheets.
• Conduct regular floor walkthroughs and detailed room inspections to uphold cleanliness and brand standards.
• Monitor and follow up on service quality, addressing deficiencies promptly.
• Manage late checkouts, early arrivals, and VVIP room readiness with urgency and discretion.
• Reconcile discrepancies between housekeeping and front desk regarding room status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of room status, service issues, and daily performance metrics.
• Coordinate end-of-shift reporting and provide clear handovers to the overnight team.
• Ensure floor closets are restocked, organized, and compliant with safety/security protocols.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possesses High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or environmental services.
• Demonstrates confident, empathetic leadership with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
