Position Function |
Supervise graduate admissions, international admissions, international services, and international orientation staff and lead the university's international recruitment efforts through the development and implementation of targeted recruitment strategies and marketing efforts; oversee graduate and international recruitment and admissions; manage the international student application process and lead admissions activities. Oversee arrivals and orientation services staff and workflow; support the development and implementation of pre-arrival, arrival, and orientation services for international students (including
SEVIS processes and documentation). Participate in strategic long-range planning, marketing efforts, team building, goal setting, and assessment of office policies and procedures. |
Minimum Education |
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. |
Minimum Experience |
At least three years of experience in the field of graduate and/or international admissions/education; supervisory experience. |
Minimum Other |
Excellent communication skills; knowledge of immigration, recruitment, and admissions; ability to provide strategic planning and leadership; personal computer skills. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to be insurable under the university's auto fleet policy. |
