Department: Finance Summary: Responsible for managing the daily activities of the Contract Operations analysts. Ensures timely & accurate implementation of customer pricing and membership changes. Serves as key contact for sales associates, other internal staff, and customers regarding customer pricing related matters within scope of responsibility. The primary geographic area served is the United States and Canada. This role will also manage regional GPO contracts and the U.S. Government Federal Supply Schedule. This position will have 2 direct reports. Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of two Contract Operations analysts
- Maintain and develop metrics around team performance
- Work closely with Senior Contract Manager to ensure deep understanding of contracts
- Work closely with Distributor Operations team to ensure chargeback disputes and price inquiries are resolved efficiently.
- Coaching, providing direction and succession development
- Manage regional GPO contracts
- Receiving, preparing, and responding to all proposal requests
- Understand, edit/respond to contractual language to ensure compliance to Hollister's acceptable standards/business practices and coordinate/consult with Legal for review and approval.
- Interface with Hollister field sales and customers (when appropriate) to understand concerns, explain and negotiate Hollister's position within approved parameters.
- Maintain all aspects of the U.S. Government Federal Supply Schedule
- Ensure all documentation (MODs, SAM, DAPA, MSPVs) are up to date
- Lead all bid responses
- Ensure Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for the team are up to date
- Identify process improvements
- Actively pursues opportunities to continuously improve the designation processes and the customer experience
- Strives to minimize issues by demonstrating a strong attention to detail and accurate performance of responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with team in identifying new process and system improvement opportunities and identify, resolve, or escalate repetitive or complex discrepancies.
- Monitor contract files for accurate Records Retention
Requirements:
- 5+ years overall business experience.
- 2+ years healthcare industry experience. Contract/pricing management, preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Finance.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinker
- Strong decision-making and influencing skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle high pressure environment
- Microsoft Suite of products
- Knowledge of GPOs, IDNs, and commercial contracting is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand detailed contract language
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record in providing exceptional Customer service
- Strong problem solving, facilitation and organizational skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- English fluency
- Talking, Hearing, Seeing/Reading, Ability to operate keyboard and standard office equipment (file cabinets, copier, fax, etc.)
- 5% Travel

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $89,000 - $110,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
- This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan. The Company also provides a unique Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) program based on earnings and length of service.
