*Description*
Client is looking for Junior Planner/Supply Chain Analyst for their Mobile Supply Chain Group (All things phones, tablets, watches, accessories, flow through this team). Looking for someone who has *supply chain experience*, understands the fundamentals of planning, how supply and demand interact with each other. 1. *Forecasting & Demand Planning:* Lead the development and execution of monthly demand and supply forecasts for accessories, aligning with budgetary goals and business strategies. 2. *Inventory & Supply Planning:* Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock positions, balancing availability with cost efficiency. Review purchase requests, open order reports, and delivery schedules to drive timely actions. 3. *Vendor Management:* Serve as the main point of contact for key accessory vendors. Lead and participate in regular planning calls, proactively addressing issues and collaborating on delivery timelines, forecast alignment, and risk mitigation. 4. *Website Management*: Analyze and manage accessory product listings for availability and risk to ensure an optimal customer experience. Partner with internal stakeholders to flag and resolve potential stock-outs or overstock situations. 5.* Analytics & Reporting:* Produce, maintain, and present reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) that track inventory velocity, PO status, vendor performance, and forecast accuracy. Leverage Excel and internal systems to drive actionable insights. 6.* Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Purchasing, and Finance to align on goals, resolve issues, and support broader organizational initiatives. **They will be focusing on 3 Main Components: 1. Website Management- Go through Website every day and look at what is in stock, what is out of stock, being able to look at when supply is supposed to be coming in and understand do we need to put a backorder campaign. Communicating with internal partners to decide on the right process there. 2. Assurant Process (insurance/Warranty) - This is third part vendor they work closely with so this person would manage that relationship. (Ex. Assurant comes to Charter and says we need 15 of these types of phones- this person would go through, look at inventory and identify where it would come from and fill those POS that assurance places with them.) 3. SIMS Planning: This is the Sim cards that make a phone work. Client Procures these in two different ways. 1. Esims 2. Physical Sims. So this person would be working with the device planners to get an understanding of what their forecast looks like. Making sure they are procuring enough Sims both physical and Esims for activations for entire Business. Need someone Excel Literate, knows how to go aggregate data and put it into a format that allows Management to make a ca clear decision off of. *Skills* supply chain analysis, planning scheduling, mobile, Business systems analysis, excel pivot tables, SAP, 1EA, Func, Requirements gathering, Support, Analysis *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Supply Chain - Mobile Planning Story behind the need/key projects: Accessory Planning, Website Management, PO Management Tool New Need or Backfill: Backfill Position Typical day in the role/task breakdown %: Value Proposition/resume builders/why work for this team : The team is full of great members collaborating Top 3 Must-have hard skills: 1.Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis). 2.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 3.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in Supply Chain Planning, with hands-on expertise in both demand and supply planning. Experience working with inventory management systems and open order reports. Background in accessories, electronics, or retail environments a plus. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). *Experience Level* Intermediate Level Contract to hire, will be on site 5 days a week until Perm then 4 days a week *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
