Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Chelmsford, MA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.
  • Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
  • Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
  • Document accurate data records and results from test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
  • Basic troubleshooting/retesting of electronic assemblies.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Hours: 4/10A-3rd Shift.

Length: Temp (6 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ESD procedures and test equipment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with electrical or micro-electronics.
  • Basic computer skills necessary, including navigating digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a willingness to grow and learn in their role.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Active Interim Secret DoD Clearance.
