The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. As a Documentation Support Specialist I, you will review all consumer deposit account documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance to policy, procedure and regulations and perform required deposit account maintenance on the core system. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including insuring client data is maintained at the highest level of consistency and accuracy, archiving all account documentation electronically, and maintain and improve quality by achieving performance goals. Additionally, Documentation Specialist I are expected to support Enterprise Resource Center associates with new deposit account processes and questions including account titling, documentation and bank regulations, and build a great rapport with fellow associates, treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.



  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of relevant job experience



Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:



  • Associates Degree
  • Banking experience
  • 2+ years of relevant job experience

Work Environment:



  • Office setting with traditional hours.
  • Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).
  • Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
