Position Details

Requirements



  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of warehouse experience
  • Leadership background with team management experience
  • Knowledge of transportation, freight, and e-commerce pick/pack operations
  • Forklift certification
  • A valid driver's license
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills



Warehouse Operations Supervisor Tasks



  • Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service.
  • Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff along with 3rd party contractors.
  • Schedule general maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Validate and approve vendor invoices.
  • Effectively communicate with drivers.
  • Follow service standards and company procedures and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Take initiative on special projects and tasks as required by business needs.
