We are seeking an experienced Director to join the team supporting the Gladiator Product Suite of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. In this role, you will support and direct all GRC strategy and product offerings that integrate into our suite of solutions utilizing Onspring (an industry leading GRC platform). You will be responsible for the continued development of a competitive bundle of services that takes advantage of the benefits being managed in the same platform. You will be responsible for the success of IT Regulatory Compliance, Business Continuity Management, third-party vendor management (TPVM), and Virtual Information Security Officer (VISO) teams. As a Director, you will be accountable for profit/loss (P&L) and attainment of current and long-term objectives including additional GRC integrations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing GRC functions within fintech, banking, or credit union industries. Leadership experience providing consulting services or working as a managed services provider (MSP) within a multi-tenant environment is a plus.

This position may work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Allen, TX, Lenexa, KS, Springfield, MO, or Remotely within the U.S.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversees accurate and timely installations and consulting engagements of new or enhanced products and services. Ensures customer expectations are met and in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensures the successful migration of customer data from a legacy platform.
  • Ensures successful training of customers on all products and services.
  • Manages post-sales technical product support activities and facilitates resolution of technical problems on any and all products.
  • Ensures all questions regarding functionality are thoroughly researched and resolved.
  • Supports the sales process with pertinent information such as quotes, installation dates, and may participate in sales meetings.
  • May direct the release of new software products to user base.
  • May direct development of changes to application code.
  • May oversee the sale of company products/services.
  • May direct customer relationship activities.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate risk management or governance compliance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with business continuity and/or Disaster Recovery planning.
  • Financial Industry experience.
  • Experience with GRC tools such as Onspring or Archer.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or within consulting services.
  • Superior knowledge of the fintech, banking or credit union industry.
  • Experience with profit/loss (P&L) within budgets.
