Responsibilities

This Production Supervisor will work our day shift hours at our Sioux Falls manufacturing plant that is previously known as "Raven", now part of the CNH organization. They will direct, supervise, and coordinate production systems and personnel to ensure the highest quality products within our cable assembly product centers.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Required to sit, stand, and walk up to 12 hours.
Required to bend, and reach above shoulder height.
Required to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience preferred. Ability to coach, mentor, and empower team members to succeed.
High level of patience and service. Ability to motivate team members.
Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions.
Ability to be flexible and multitask.
Ability to read blueprints and maintain accurate records.
Proficient with a computer.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
Previous experience in printed circuit assembly or electronics assembly preferred but not required

This position pays: $24.05-$30.00 (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role.)
